• With the SaniGLAZE process, highly-trained technicians—in addition to our proprietary process and carefully selected products—are key to cleaning ceramic tile floors and restoring them to "like new."
• All SaniGLAZE® commercial technicians across the United States and Canada are certified in our proprietary process, which allows us to achieve and maintain "the clean zone".
• To be certified, all technicians undergo an intensive training process that includes all facets of providing the SaniGLAZE service.
• Training includes both classroom and field training on important topics like:
  • The steps to the SaniGLAZE process
  • Safety and protecting the work environment
  • Grout testing and prep
  • Precision ceramic tile cleaning and repair
  • Utilizing proper cleaning tools and supplies for each job

• After initial training and exposure to the field, technicians receive continuous training by attending professional SaniGLAZE Workshops, which are offered across the country, as well as updates via Technical Bulletins on tile cleaning and restoration products and procedural improvements.
