The history of SaniGLAZE International, LLC begins with Royal Services, Inc., a building service contractor founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1914. Faced with the challenge of maintaining filthy tile floors, Royal explored various approaches and options on how best to meet this challenge. After years of R&D, Royal perfected SaniGLAZE®, a restoration process that not only restores tile and grout to a like new condition, but also enables these surfaces to stay in the "clean zone" for years through a unique preventive maintenance support program.

In 1999 SaniGLAZE International was formed as a separate company in order to further develop this miracle process. The SaniGLAZE restoration process breaks through the traditional methods of tile cleaning and tile restoration. Our restorative bonding process brings highly trained technicians and uniquely developed products together to bring new meaning to the phrase "cleaning tile floors."
