Percy Rosenbloom III

President and CEO

Percy has served as President and CEO of SaniGLAZE International, LLC since founding the company in January 2000. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Percy attended Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida. His working career began in his early teens working for Royal Services, Inc., his family’s janitorial contracting business. Royal was founded in 1914 by Percy’s grandfather, Percy Sr., and grew into a multi-state, multi-faceted enterprise under his visionary father, Percy, Jr.

Before starting SaniGLAZE International, Percy held several positions within the family enterprise: Plant Manager for Technical Materials, a boutique, light manufacturing company; General Manager for Royal Valet, a residential carpet cleaning company; President of Creative Management Systems, a developer of maintenance management software; and Executive Vice President of Royal Services, Inc.

Percy enjoys the challenge of serving and working with a diverse group of entrepreneurial professional companies who represent the SaniGLAZE brand in metropolitan areas across the U.S. and Canada. He understands the importance of blending individual creativity and drive with a shared vision and goals; and thrives on pushing the standards to remain a world leader and innovator in solutions for tile and grout restoration and maintenance.

Percy and his wife Betty have three grown children and several grandchildren who keep them on the run. Both are active in their church, Riverside Presbyterian. Percy also serves actively in the Rotary Club of Jacksonville, the Yates Family YMCA and on the Board of the North Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He likes to stay fit by hitting the Y in the early morning and cycling with the North Florida Bicycle Club. He also enjoys hunting the spiny lobster in the Florida Keys every summer.

Bill Proctor

Chief Financial Officer

Bill joined SaniGLAZE International in 2008. He is a CPA and began his career in public practice. He has over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries. Bill is a graduate of the University of Florida and believes that the Gators will rise again. Bill and his wife Carol have raised a son who recently graduated from college and is showing signs of being self-sufficient, a matter of great pride and relief for his parents.

Joel Mitchell

Executive Vice President

Joel Mitchell is and has been the Executive Vice President in charge of product development, franchise sales, and marketing since the inception of SaniGLAZE International in 2000. From April 1997 through December 1999 he served as general manager and director of brand development for Royal Services, Inc. and was assigned exclusively to the creation of the SaniGLAZE program.

Joel’s knowledge of the Royal operation dates back to 1973 when he first worked for Royal’s subsidiary, Watchman Products, Inc, Watchman Products became Creative Leisure, Inc. where Joel served as president in product development and advertising for products manufactured for various industries in the company’s Tennessee-based manufacturing facility. Joel also has related industry experience in janitorial chemical sales and equipment prior to re-joining Royal.

Joel’s real passions at SaniGLAZE are visions for new product development and new additions to the franchise network.

Joel is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in advertising. He and his wife Barbara have been married 25 years. Joel likes to fish in both fresh and salt water and occasionally joins in on a wing shooting trip.

Ken Rummage

Vice President Business Development

Ken Rummage came to SGI in 2008 with a wealth of sales and sales management experience. He has spent over 16 years working with industrial and OEM organizations to develop strategic sales plans, expand sales channels, cultivate national accounts, as well as presenting AIA/CES accredited programs. He also has experience in working federal sales through GSA programs.

Previous to SGI Ken held the position of North American Market Development Manager for Johns Manville where he was responsible for B2B sales and managed an international sales staff that serviced distribution networks. Ken also held multiple positions within Assa Abloy; in his last position as Eastern Regional Sales Manager he oversaw the direct sales force and an independent rep network east of the Mississippi.

Robert Lyons

Vice President Business Development

Robert Lyons brings experience as an operations manager, financial analyst, and sales manager to SaniGLAZE International. As a Vice President of Business Development, Robert’s role is to serve as a facilitator in the growth of the franchises in his territory. He provides direct sales support by targeting national and regional accounts along with sales and technical training for franchises in his territory.

Robert joined SaniGLAZE International from Crescent Resources, a national real estate developer, where he served as a Regional Project Manager for master planned developments in the Florida market. Robert is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. He resides in Palm Coast, Florida with his wife and two children where he enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his family.

Chuck Thompson

Vice President Business Development

Chuck has been with SaniGLAZE International LLC since September 2008. A native of Ohio, he graduated from Fairfield University in Connecticut after serving 6 and one half years as a qualified submariner and a member of a Special Forces unit attached to Submarine Squadron based in New London, CT. Chuck is a U S Navy veteran of Vietnam and a member of the Holland Group, an honorary group of submarine veterans. He began his career in Sales at Xerox Corporation and held a top sales management position before going to DuPont Corporation as a Divisional Vice President. He is an active member of IFMA in the Northeast. Chuck and his wife Sheila have one son Patrick.

He likes to spend his spare by following a daily regime of various workout activities.

Lora Nast

Marketing Communications Specialist

Lora Nast brings over a decade of writing, editing, marketing communications and project management experience to SaniGLAZE International. Prior to joining SaniGLAZE, she was a winning direct response copywriter for an international collectibles company and previously worked with a national franchise-based publishing company as Media Specialist and Marketing Assistant.

Lora Nast graduated with honors from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s in communications. In addition to writing and editing, her expertise encompasses event planning, public relations, video production, marketing and sales tool creation and corporate communications.

Jaimie Wilson

E-Learning Curriculum Developer

Jaimie Wilson first came to SaniGLAZE as a contract communications specialist and began writing content for Sani.EDU – SGI’s training and certification website. As the need for new courseware grew, so did her responsibilities, and she is now the Sani.EDU administrator and curriculum developer. She is very excited about e-learning and the possibilities it represents for SGI’s business development.

Jaimie graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and has an extensive background in copywriting. She has worked for many companies, including St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Citibank and Johnson & Johnson. She also worked as a reporter for many years, writing for The Wenatchee World and The Florida Times-Union.

As a creative writer, Jaimie brings both versatility and passion to the table. She enjoys reading, research and, of course, writing. In her spare time, she writes poetry and is co-authoring a book on the life of a historical Jacksonville blues singer.
